Got her tattoo finished yesterday with some fabric paint and added some last finishing touches.

My grandma gave me a pretty neat coloring page from a coloring book she was working on. I'm not sure the name of the book so if you know please let me know in the comments below.

College Orientation Day!

Today I had orientation at my new college; UWEC~!
I am officially an art student!

I start classes on September 2nd. Taking 12 credits this semester. starting out with mostly art classes and 1 English class.

Art Trade: Mom

My mom is a fantastic artist and we started to send mail to each other again.

She used to send me stuff all the time but since she moved into our town back from AZ we stopped writing.

We decided to start back up again and send letters and art to each other. She wants to include my sisters in on it but we will see if they want to. (:

Handmade Dori

I always wanted an Midori Travel Journal but they are just so expensive.

So today my grandma and I went to Jo-Ann's and got some fabric so I could make my own. With a little help picking the fabric and how to see it up I finally have a midori style journal.

Yes I used fur lol why not. I like being different.

It can hold two journal inserts currently.

Not sure if I would call it 100% complete just yet. But so far I like it. :)
