Sketches from the Chicago Trip

I almost forgot to show you guys what I sketched in Chicago!

Since it was an art trip for college I thought I should bring my sketchbook everywhere we went just I case I got really inspired there, which I did.

First is a plum branch I drew from a painting from Japanese from the 1700s.

And I loved riding the train so here I drew the subway we were waiting in just the way I saw it from the other side of the tracks.

Some of you might recognize this from my Webcomic.

And a dancing figure from a book cover (I don't remember what one.)

I had so much fun on this trip and learned so much! I can't wait to see my art in a gallery like this one day!
