Drill Study

In my 3D class today we studied a random object. Mine was a drill.

Here are my sketches and wire drill.

The wire we cut for it was about 36in. Long so this is only about 3 in tall.

Pretty fun to make though!

Life and Business updates.

Alright so some of you may have heard but I haven't done a official post about this yet.

I have registered CoonCat Creations as a LLC. I am now a full time artist and illustrator.

I put in my 2 week notice to my job as a optician to pursue my passion as a artist. My last day at vision center is Febuary 24th.

Here is to a new life and career as a full time artist!

I will be doing more commissions and taking on more design work. As well as doing more art shows and hopefully joining the artist alley artists at conventions.

Natural Cube

For my 3D fundamentals class we had to make a all natural cube.

I carved a small watermelon and made it hollow and carved a cat on the front.

It was a lot of fun and I liked having an art project that I could eat the scraps from lol.
